You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with risk and quality teams to keep production lines operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of education beyond high school or equivalent vocational training.
• 5–7 years of work experience in maintenance roles is preferred.
• Experience with proactive maintenance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Maintenance Department and team.
• Manage response to all emergency and urgent work in the current week.
• Determine weekly hours for scheduling and complete current week tasks.
• Assign scheduled tasks or work orders to technicians.
• Lead safety, training, and technical development for the team.
• Coordinate with Risk Management and Quality to uphold standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve asset reliability.
