Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) Roanoke is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced beverage facility. You will manage emergencies, plan schedules, and assign tasks to technicians and contractors, ensuring reliability and safety across the plant.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, asset care, and collaboration with Quality, Safety, and Production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Two years of post-secondary education or technical training.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems, and beverage equipment operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance department operations and emergency response.
• Schedule work and assign tasks to technicians and contractors.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team with coaching and training.
• Ensure ISO and internal standards compliance and asset reliability.
• Manage capital and in-house projects and their financial impact.
• Monitor safety practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with risk management and quality teams.
• Support production goals with reliable maintenance planning.
