Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of work experience in a relevant manufacturing or beverage environment.
• Prefer Associate degree or technical training in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and emergencies during the week.
• Schedule and assign tasks and work orders to technicians.
• Lead and develop a maintenance team to meet safety and reliability goals.
• Coordinate with risk management and QA on policies and food safety.
• Manage small to capital projects including contractor and vendor coordination.
