Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, respond to urgent work, and plan future scheduling. You will lead technicians, assign tasks, and ensure reliability of beverage production equipment.

The role requires overseeing continuous improvement, coordinating contractors, and driving safety and quality initiatives. Evening/night schedule may apply; relocation is possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
• 5 to 7 years of work experience in related field.
• Ability to manage in-house and capital projects and scheduling.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Comfort with hearing protection due to equipment noise.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and emergency response planning.
• Schedule and assign tasks to technicians; monitor work orders.
• Support ISO and KORE Standards within Management System initiatives.
• Develop asset reliability through proactive maintenance planning.
• Coordinate contractor, vendor, and project activities and budgets.
• Coach and develop team through performance management and training.
