The role requires 2 years of post-secondary education and 5+ years in beverage or food processing, with strong PLC, electrical, and hydraulics knowledge, and a track record of proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
• 5+ years of work experience in a Food Processing, Beverage, Dairy, or Brewing Industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and emergency work response.
• Schedule and assign tasks to technicians and manage work orders.
• Support ISO and KORE standards in maintenance practices.
• Lead and develop maintenance team with coaching and training.
• Coordinate contractor, vendor, and production projects and budgets.
• Ensure asset reliability and minimize downtime.
