Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Maintenance Manager II to lead a large-scale maintenance program, ensuring all production, support equipment, and facilities are properly maintained.

You will develop and manage a team, set and monitor KPIs, and administer the facility budget to align with production needs. This role requires strong project management, ISO familiarity, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• 7+ years of work experience preferred.
• Engineering, Business, or technical discipline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and motivates a team to deliver results, communicate goals, safety, and deadlines.
• Develops and improves a detailed department business plan and maintains assets.
• Manages annual budget and capital projects to align with production needs.
• Supports ISO and Management System standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with plant leadership to meet KPI targets and drive performance.
