Qualifications

• 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
• 5+ years of work experience in a Food Processing, Beverage, Dairy, or Brewing Industry.
• Direct experience with proactive maintenance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and manage the maintenance team.
• Oversee scheduling, including emergency/urgent work and future weeks planning.
• Assign tasks and work orders to technicians and monitor performance.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, Quality, and Food Safety initiatives.
• Manage small to large capital projects and contractor activity.
