Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Roanoke to lead the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department, manage emergencies, and schedule weekly workloads.

You will oversee technicians, assign tasks, and ensure asset reliability and safety across our beverage operations. The role requires PLC, hydraulics, electrical knowledge, and experience with proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years of education beyond high school or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college/technical school.
• Experience in Food Processing, Beverage, Dairy, or Brewing Industry is a plus.
• Direct experience with Proactive Maintenance System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and emergency response.
• Schedule and assign technicians' tasks and work orders.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve safety and production goals.
• Collaborate with Risk Management on contractor policies.
• Support quality and food safety initiatives.
