Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and parking areas.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and HVAC, follow cleaning procedures to extend life and food safety.
• Identify and report equipment issues promptly and coordinate repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemicals, ladders, and PPE; ensure walkways and work areas are hazard-free.
• Support operations by assisting management with special projects and ensuring equipment is clean and ready for peak periods.
