Responsibilities

• Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping; perform routine cleaning.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, HVAC, refrigeration, beverage machines) and report issues.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemicals, ladders, and PPE; ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage snow/ice removal when required; monitor exterior lighting and signage.
• Support restaurant management with special projects, deliveries, and operational needs; ensure equipment is clean and ready for peak periods.
• Ensure all tasks meet brand standards and contribute to a safe, positive guest experience.
