Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Flex Leasing Consultant for Greystone Vista in Columbus, GA. The candidate will use strong customer service to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities include generating interest, guiding prospects through the leasing process, resolving resident concerns, building relationships to retain residents, and coordinating office tasks. Weekend schedule: 10a-4p Sat, 1p-5p Sun.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work a fixed schedule: 10a-4p (Sat), and 1p-5p (Sun).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest and highlight features to prospects.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents through the leasing process.
• Serve as a resource to address resident issues and find resolutions.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents.
• Use attention to detail to perform required office tasks.
• Coordinate resident activities.
