Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community and highlight features that differentiate it from competitors.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents through all steps to secure leases.
• Serve as a resource for residents to address issues and help resolve them.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Perform office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate resident events and activities.
