Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a PT Weekend Leasing Consultant for Greystone at Creekwood in Leesburg, GA. You will use friendly, proactive customer service to connect with prospective residents and identify their needs to secure lease agreements.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail for office tasks, and weekend availability. You’ll build lasting resident relationships, coordinate community activities, and support a busy leasing office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Prior leasing experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest - brag about your community's unique features and benefits - and highlight what sets it apart from the competition
• Communicate effectively with potential residents on all steps to call your community their home
• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
• Use attention to detail skills to perform the required office administrative tasks
• Coordinate fun activities for residents
