Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with potential residents through all steps.
• Serve as a resource to resolve resident questions and issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents.
