Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time Weekend Leasing Consultant at Greystone at Main Street in Columbus, GA. You will use strong customer service skills to connect with prospective residents, identify needs, and close lease agreements while providing responsive support.

The role requires effective communication, ability to multitask, and a flexible weekend schedule. Prior leasing experience is a plus, with opportunities for training and growth within RAM Partners, LLC.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Prior leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting the community’s features and benefits.
• Communicate with potential residents through all steps to secure a lease.
• Serve as a resource for residents and help resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents.
• Perform office-related tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate resident events and activities.

Greystone at Main Street is looking for a PT Weekend Leasing consultant who thrives off using their customer service skills to connect with future residents, identify their wants and needs, and secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest - brag about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competition
• Communicate effectively with potential residents on all steps to call your community their home
• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
• Use attention to detail skills to perform the required office administrative tasks
• Coordinate fun activities for residents

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
