Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC, is a full-service real estate management company that handles over 80,000 apartments across the United States. The Leasing Consultant role at Greystone Summit Forsyth connects with future residents to secure leases, with a compensation range of $15 to $16 per hour.

You’ll receive robust live and virtual training, participate in RAM Recognition, and have access to corporate resources and mentors to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting features and benefits of the community.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents through all steps to call it home.
• Serve as a resource for residents to express problems and find resolutions.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Use attention to detail to perform required office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.

Greystone Summit Forsyth is looking for a leasing consultant to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements
