Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Georgia Green in Athens, GA. You will use customer service skills to connect with future residents, identify needs, and secure lease agreements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest for the community and highlight its features.
• Communicate with potential residents at all steps.
• Serve as a resource to residents and resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents.
• Perform office tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate resident events.
