Job summary

Home Reach is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home care for individuals with developmental disabilities in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role includes weekend shifts (AM/PM/NOC), with both full-time and part-time options and an hourly rate.

DSPs assist with daily living skills, community activities, budgeting, meal prep, transportation, and documentation. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are required, with ongoing training and safety adherence emphasized.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate with participants, families, staff, and community members.

Responsibilities
