At Home Reach in Idaho is seeking a Per Diem Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, promoting independence and community involvement.

The role involves helping with daily living skills, coordinating activities, ensuring safety, and delivering medication assistance where certified. Per diem shifts are offered with minimum 32 hours per pay period as required.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate professionally with participants and families.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist participants with activities of daily living and independent living skills.
• Support daytime, recreational, vocational, and community activities.
• Encourage personal hygiene and healthy habits.
• Be Medication Certified and able to pass medications.
• Complete required documentation including daily logs and progress notes.
