Rise Inc is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Nampa, Idaho to help individuals develop independent living skills through daily activities, meals, arts and crafts, and community participation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Must provide CPR/First Aid Certification (or it provided by RISE).
• Must provide Medication Aide Certification (or it provided by RISE).
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to people receiving support.
• Collaborate and coordinate services with treatment team members in various settings.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and timely for services rendered.
• Act as an appropriate role model and support people in using appropriate language, dress, table manners, respect, and other behavior as needed.
