Job summary

Rise Services Inc. in Idaho seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with diverse support needs in home and community settings.

You will help with daily living activities, encourage independence, and foster social connections, under the guidance of the treatment team. You will document services accurately, collaborate with caregivers, and model respectful behavior while supporting clients in cooking, crafts, and community outings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Must provide or obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to people receiving support
• Collaborate and coordinate services with treatment team members in various settings
• Ensures documentation is accurate, compliant, and timely for services rendered
• Act as an appropriate role model and support people in using appropriate language, dress, table manners, respect, and other behavior as needed
