Job summary

Renewed Horizons is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work the 48-hour weekend shift in Hayden, Idaho. You’ll support adults with developmental disabilities in a home-like setting, staying on-site from Saturday 7am through Monday 7am and receiving on-site supervision and sleep during the night.

No experience is required as paid training is provided. The role offers companionship, daily living support, and opportunities to make a real difference while earning overtime pay each

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Compassionate, dependable and a good communicator.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to stay on-site for the full 48-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living routines (meals, hygiene, medications, routines).
• Assist with community involvement and outings during the day.
• Complete light housekeeping tasks and maintain a positive environment.
• Teach skills to foster independence and encourage skill-building.
