Job summary

EnableU Residential Habilitation is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with disabilities to build independence and lead fulfilling lives. This full-time, in-person role offers weekday and weekend shifts in Nampa, Idaho, with a pay range of $16.00–$16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional.
• Experience in home care, social work, assisted living, or nursing homes is valued.
• Familiarity with medication administration, dementia care, and resident rights is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily living support: assist with personal care, meal prep, and daily activities.
• Community engagement: accompany residents to outings and events to promote social connection.
• Health & wellness: monitor health, administer prescribed medications, ensure safety.
• Specialized care: provide tailored support for autism or dementia.
• Advocacy & documentation: maintain progress records and communicate with families and healthcare providers.
