Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for hospital environments on a part-time weekend schedule. You will supervise a security team on a specific shift, coordinating with site leadership and the Account Manager to ensure high-quality service and adherence to procedures.

The role requires strong communication, reporting, and crisis-management skills, with a focus on customer service and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in legible handwriting; understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowered guidelines.
