Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for a healthcare facility. The role is full-time with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. You will supervise the security staff on a specific shift and coordinate with site supervisors and the Account Manager to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to prepare clear reports, and experience in handling crisis situations while maintaining excellent customer service at the client site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site.
