Graham Healthcare Group seeks a Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes within the Temple, PA area. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for each patient.

The role requires autonomy, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to high-quality care. 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, and regional travel are expected; a $10,000 first-year success bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA required.
• Two years RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license; able to drive ~20% of day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered hospice care in home settings with interdisciplinary team.
• Respond to after-hours and on-call needs; perform urgent assessments and symptom management.
• Support families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crises; communicate clearly.
