Graham Healthcare Group seeks a Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team in Williamsport, PA. This full-time position operates on a flexible schedule, providing care to patients and collaborating on management. Successful candidates will hold an RN license and have an Associate degree or higher. Experience in hospice is preferred and flexibility is crucial as you may need to drive to patient locations.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule.
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
• Support patients in Williamsport, PA and surrounding areas.
