You will work with clinical nurses, providers, and the Business Operations Manager, handling enrollment tasks, admissions monitoring, and supply management. The position is onsite in Newton, with weekend hours as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree (experience can be accepted in lieu of degree).
• Experience: 2–3 years in an administrative or operational support role, ideally in healthcare.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Knowledge of EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families with screening, consent, and enrollment.
• Monitor admissions and referrals.
• Manage supplies and equipment.
• Support the daily Home Hospital workflows.
• Work onsite at Newton Wellesley Hospital.
