Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Hospital seeks an Operations Coordinator to support patient intake, arrange care logistics, and enable smooth communication across clinical and administrative groups. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 2-3 years in an administrative or operational support role, ideally in healthcare.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Knowledge of EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families with screening, consent, and enrollment.
• Monitor admissions and referrals, manage supplies and equipment, and help maintain critical workflows to deliver quality care at home.
• Acquire a detailed understanding of the Home Hospital model and work independently onsite.
• Collaborate with clinical nurses, providers, and the Business Operations Manager across Mass General Brigham systems.
