Job summary

RevOne Companies is seeking a Patient Eligibility Coordinator to work in one of our partner hospital facilities on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This role goes beyond administration, guiding uninsured or underinsured patients through Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Marketplace enrollment with clarity and dignity.

The position requires empathy, a service mindset, and the ability to collaborate with hospital teams such as Patient Access and Case Management, while staying current with evolving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in healthcare, social work, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving healthcare programs and policies.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding and applying for appropriate healthcare coverage programs.
• Guide and support enrollment for Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Marketplace plans.
• Educate patients on options and eligibility based on program requirements.
• Collaborate with hospital Patient Access and Case Management teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay informed of updates and changes in healthcare programs and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance protocols.
