RevOne Companies is seeking a Patient Eligibility Coordinator to work onsite with a partner hospital facility on weekends. You will help uninsured or underinsured patients understand and enroll in Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Marketplace plans with empathy and clarity.

Role emphasizes collaboration with Patient Access and Case Management teams, staying current on policy changes, and maintaining compliant documentation to ensure timely, coordinated care for patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or degree in healthcare, social work, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving healthcare programs and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding and applying for appropriate healthcare coverage programs.
• Guide and support patients through enrollment for Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Marketplace plans.
• Educate patients on options and eligibility based on program requirements.
• Collaborate with hospital Patient Access and Case Management teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay informed of updates in healthcare programs and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance protocols.
