Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patrons with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Screen visitors and issue badges as required.
• Escort guests and assist with wheelchairs, luggage, and directions.
• Provide facility information and answer general inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Report safety hazards and help maintain a clean, safe environment.
