Fundamental in Mitchellville, MD is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet patients, family members and visitors. This on-site role covers every other weekend from 8am to 8pm and involves answering calls, directing inquiries, and managing messages with a focus on excellent service.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of healthcare exposure, strong communication and computer skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience, healthcare preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of computers, internet and Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs.

• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls.
