Responsibilities

• Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission
• Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition
• Understand role of staff members and their functions in order to properly address needs
• Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor
• Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks
• Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement
