Qualifications

• Previous guest services or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission.
• Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition.
• Understand role of staff members and their functions to address needs.
• Complete various administrative tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Possess appropriate computer skills to complete required tasks.
• Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement.
