Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Requires computer data entry skills.
• Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises; report emergencies.
• Verify authorized individuals entry and provide directions to customers and vendors.
• Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit.
• Monitor departing vehicles to prevent theft of company property.
• Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt, courteous service; resolve complaints calmly.
• De-escalate difficult situations and collaborate with partners to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good working condition and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate effectively with auction team members.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.
