Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Availability to work evenings and weekends (Friday–Sunday)

Responsibilities

• Greet members and patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Manage check-in/check-out using clinic systems (POS, Carbon)
• Maintain smooth patient flow for new and established visits
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist inquiries
• Assist patients with completing forms and onboarding
• Confidently present and sell Wellness Plans and promotions
• Support inventory, cash handling, and daily logs
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and readiness at all times
• Support local marketing and community outreach when applicable
