Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Professional to welcome visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and maintain access records at a commercial real estate site. You will monitor lobby activity and respond to incidents, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.

The role offers a part-time schedule with weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to learn and grow through the Claim a Shift platform and company perks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage access at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor lobby activity and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents and service requests following emergency procedures when appropriate.
• Provide building information and direct calls to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
