Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Security Officer at the front desk in Burlington, NJ. You will greet visitors, verify access, and support daily operations with professional service.

This role requires at least one year in security, strong customer service, and a clean background. Shifts Friday and Saturday afternoons, pay $18 per hour, with opportunities to grow and access exclusive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, members, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front-desk policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Monitor front-desk activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a positive retail location experience.
