Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Reception Host in San Francisco, CA. You will greet visitors, manage access, and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule (Sat and Sun 7:00 PM–11:00 PM) with a pay rate of $27.90 per hour. Join our team to help ensure safety and a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by location.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, visitors, contractors at front desk and follow site procedures.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, direct guests.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, convey building information professionally.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report to appropriate personnel per procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems to deter unauthorized access.
