This role offers a part-time schedule on Saturdays and Sundays, a $24.44 per hour pay rate, and opportunities to grow with our team while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• A pre-employment drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and emergency actions.
• Staff the front desk and maintain a professional, welcoming presence in a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor visitor access and follow sign-in and credential-verification procedures; direct guests to proper contacts.
• Respond to incidents and security-related inquiries; document activities according to site procedures.
• Monitor front-desk communications, alarms, and access-control systems; coordinate with building management.
