Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Criminal histories considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct visitor registration, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems; report issues as needed.
• Respond to incidents and customer concerns calmly and following emergency procedures.
• Provide customer service by answering phones, directing guests, and supporting security procedures at the front desk.
