Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer (Front Desk) in El Segundo, CA. You will greet visitors, verify credentials, and manage access at a premier commercial real estate site, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining security protocols.

This role supports a welcoming environment and requires reliability in a dynamic team setting. Position offers flexible day/evening shifts with a pay rate of $24.82 per hour.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and/or authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor access records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, alarms, cameras, and report unusual conditions or concerns.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following escalation procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and support a welcoming environment for occupants and guests.
