Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; background and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies.
• Monitor access, greet visitors, verify credentials, direct guests.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies.
• Answer phones and relay information to staff and leadership.
