Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Florida to greet residents, manage guests, and monitor security systems. You will work Saturdays 8am-6pm, handle logs, and respond to emergencies with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: knowledge of information systems hardware/software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitor and operate Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Assist on-site property manager as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain secure environment.
• Direct residents and visitors as needed.
