Job summary

FirstService Residential in Florida is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet residents, screen guests, and manage service provider access while monitoring security systems.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays 7am–3pm and Mondays–Wednesdays 3pm–11pm, focusing on safety, logs, and emergency response. The position offers full benefits, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with information system hardware/software preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
