FirstService Residential in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Front Desk Associate. You will work independently with minimal supervision, greet residents and guests, and operate security systems while maintaining accurate logs and records.

The role requires strong customer service and multi-tasking, with Saturdays 8am–6pm. Responsibilities include monitoring emergency response, controlling access, handling inquiries, and supporting the on-site manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Coursework in business or hospitality is preferred.
• 2-3 years of business experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
