Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data entry or office support.
• Healthcare experience in a similar setting is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC/POC) highly desired.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, staff, residents and families.
• Direct visitors to destinations and manage multiple lines.
• Support office management with various projects.
• Perform assigned tasks from Administrator or Management Team.
