Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, staff and residents and their families in our reception area.
• Direct visitors to destinations and assist with directions as needed.
• Support the office management team with various projects.
• Manage a multi-line telephone system and transfer calls as necessary.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Administrator or Management Team.
