Northbrook Health and Rehab is seeking a friendly Weekend Receptionist to join our team at the front desk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is detail-oriented, and can manage a busy front desk with professionalism and care.

You will greet visitors, route calls, handle basic administrative tasks, and support residents and families with a warm, compassionate approach. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with phones and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
• Maintain visitor logs and follow facility protocols.
• Provide general information and support to residents’ families and guests.
• Assist other departments with clerical support as needed.
